Jim Tew: Jim is the Managing Director and is based in the UK but travels regularly to Ethiopia to carry out consultancy projects. He has 36 years of experience in the Industry and has worked in the UK, Argentina, Mauritius, Turkey, Morocco, Uganda, Kenya but has concentrated in recent years on the development of the Ethiopian Industry and forging ties with the UK, Europe, USA and Canada. He has carried out consultancy projects for EU, UNIDO, ILO and Rovetex. His specialist areas of expertise include Cutting, Productivity, Industrial Engineering, Cost Management, Product Development, Sourcing and Quality. He has extensive experience in Brand Management having been a Director of Speedo International the best known Swimwear Manufacturer in the world.

Abiy Girma: Abiy has recently joined us as General Manager of the Ethiopian operation from The Ethiopian Textile Engineers Association, he is a graduate from Bahir Dar University in Textile Engineering. He has been  employed  as a textile Engineer in different government and non government organisations. In particular  Debre Birhan Blanket Factory as Production, Quality and Maintenance Engineer from 2002 -2003. He served in Dire Dawa Textile Factory as Quality Control Head form 2005- 2006. He has lectured  in application of software. With all these experiences he has developed research skills and upgrading methodology with regard to  quality, production, and maintenance of Textile and Garment machinery.  

Dereje Getahun: Dereje has many years experience within the Ethiopian Textile Sector and is recognised as the best Machine Technician in the country, he specialises in the setting up of production lines, planned maintenance and the training of mechanics, as well as being very experienced in Production Management.
